Transaction
We will monitor the progress of your transaction and keep all matters moving towards closing. Including: Set Up Escrow & Order Title, Observe Deadlines & Time Frames, Schedule & Attend Inspections, Review Title & Assist with Clearing and Tracking: Lender, Title, Escrow, Selling/Listing Agent, Inspectors. We will schedule, coordinate, and track the completion of contingencies and inspections. We also have a National Resource Network with referrals for Inspectors: Pest, Home, Roof, Furnace, Electrical, Hazardous Materials, Sewer, Escrow and Title Officers, Tradesmen: Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofers, and Movers.
Closing
Closing the deal may become a difficult task because many factors are involved. We will coordinate with Title & Escrow the signing and closing of your transaction and supervise the preparation of all closing documents and guide you through the closing process while informing you along the way. We will coordinate key delivery to you the Buyers and Possession Coordination.
